Rent vs Buy – Ownership
Advantages

Owners benefit from
appreciation of property. Property values are increasing. Property
values should see additional upward pressure due to a limited supply
of properly zoned land.

are able to write off interest and depreciation.

Owners do not receive
annual rent increases and do not pay sales tax on rent. There are
currently fixed rate mortgages available, at all time low rates,
that will lock in the monthly payment for 20 years.

Until now there has not been the
opportunity to own spaces as low as 2400 square
feet.
